2024 is proving to be a most exciting year for COINN. We had two very successful launches of the Community of Neonatal Nursing Practice (CoNP) in Nairobi, Kenya and Lusaka, Zambia. Almost 200 people including Ministries of Health (MoH) attended. We launched the Society of Neonatal Nurses-Kenya led by Chair Josephine Bariu and the Zambia Neonatal Nurses Association led by Samantha Munang'andu. Thanks to NEST 360 for partnering on the Kenyan launch. Thank you to the Chiesi Foundation for supporting nurses from French speaking African countries and representatives from the MoHs in Burkina Faso and the Ivory Coast to attend the Zambia event.
